Add amazing flavor to your next pot roast with this easy pot roast seasoning! This sweet, savory spice blend makes about ¾ cup—enough for two 2.5–3 lb roasts. Use 2 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of meat.

“Incredible! Came across this when looking for my usual recipe, but this is a new favorite! I cannot believe how good this roast tastes.” -Jennifer
One thing I stand by in the kitchen is making my own homemade seasonings. No weird fillers or ingredients you can’t pronounce. This blend is easy to keep on hand for a big chuck roast.
I use this homemade roast seasoning in FFF’s Classic Pot Roast recipe and Instant Pot Pot Roast recipe and they’ve both got 5-star ratings!
