10 Low-Effort Dinners With Big Flavor

These low-effort dinners are for nights when I want something delicious without spending the whole evening in the kitchen. Think saucy baked ramen, creamy pesto orzo, a pepperoni-topped quinoa bake, and slow cooker pumpkin chili. A little chopping, mixing, or layering gets dinner going, then the oven or slow cooker takes over for a stretch.

Pizza quinoa bake, baked ramen with chicken and vegetables, pumpkin chili, and sheet pan pork tenderloin with potatoes and green beans.

If you’ve been following my 5 Minute Dinner Bangers series on Instagram, this is the idea: less hands-on work, more time for everything else. This collection isn’t a promise that every recipe takes five minutes to prep, though. The original seven have listed prep times of 5–25 minutes, and I’ve included the check-ins and finishing touches so you can pick what fits your night.
