Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
Serves: 13 | Serving Size: 1 cookie
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ cup natural nut butter
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then form into balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball slightly with a fork, then bake for 12-15 minutes.
