Closed Janushirasana
A. Method – Sit straight legged. Place the right foot on the left thigh like a Padmasana. Hold the toes of the right foot with the right hand towards the back. With the left hand, lean forward with the toes of the left foot. Keep your head, feet and elbows on the ground. 30 seconds, change legs after staying; do it 4 times.
B. Notable – left – knee will be straight. The right knee should not rise from the ground. Move the right knee as far to the right as possible.

Marichasana
A. Method – Sit with both feet together. Bend the right leg, bend forward and bring the right hand back with the front of the foot. Hold the right hand with the back of the left hand. If it is not possible to hold the wrist, hold both hands with your fingers like a hook. Now lean forward and rest your head on your knees. Do it 4 times for 30 seconds by changing the legs.
B. Notable – left – will not break the knee. Or – the feet will be taut. The right leg will be on the left side of the thigh.
