Gomukhasana
A. Method – Sit straight -legged. Break the right leg knee take on the left leg. Now fold the left leg. The heel will be stuck in the ass. Left – elbow bent back; The fingers of the hand will be at the top. Raise the right hand above the head, break the elbow and lower it on the back. Hold the finger of the left hand like a hook with the finger of the right hand. Keep the spine straight and look forward. The head should not be tilted forward. The two knees will be on top of each other. Change arms and legs 4 times; 30-40 sec each time. Stay.
B. Note – The foot that is up, the hand will be up.
C. Benefits –
1) The spine is very strong and simple as you have to practice this posture by keeping the spine very tight.

3) Regular practice removes bad thoughts from the mind; maintains mental balance.
4) Brings mental stability. For those who do not sleep well at night, sleep will be better if you practice gomukhasana for a while just before bedtime.

7) The knees, fingers and shoulders are well exercised.
Vadrasana or Gorokhasana
A. Method – Sit straight -legged. Hold the toes with both hands, breaking the knees and joining the two toes together. Pull the carts as far as possible. Now place both hands on the knees and try to keep the knees on the ground. The elbow will not break. Try to keep the body as smooth as possible; Don’t lean too much forward.
B. Noticeable – Two shoulders will be evenly spaced; One side of the shoulder is high, the other side is low or the shoulder of one side is forward and the other side is slightly backwards – so that it does not happen.
C. Benefits –
1) Strengthens the nerves of the thighs, groin.
2) Increases muscle elasticity from the thigh joint to the knee.
3) For those who have difficulty in doing Padmasana, if you practice Bhadrasana regularly for some time, Padmasana will be easy.
4) The inertia of the legs is eliminated.
5) Helps to prevent hemorrhoids.
