My Version of Hailey Bieber's Strawberry Skin Glaze Smoothie

When Erewhon’s famous Hailey Bieber smoothie took social media by storm, I knew I had to create my own skin-loving version that actually nourishes your body from the inside out. This gorgeous pink smoothie gets an upgrade with my Vanilla Bone Broth Protein for that collagen boost your skin craves, plus Harmony Liquid Gold to support your body’s natural glow. With creamy avocado, antioxidant-rich strawberries, and that Instagram-worthy strawberry chia jam coating the glass, this smoothie is proof that trendy can also be truly healthy—and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients:

Smoothie:

5 ice cubes

½ cup frozen strawberries

½ fresh banana

½ small ripe avocado

1 scoop Dr. Kellyann’s Vanilla Bone Broth Protein Powder

1 serving Dr. Kellyann’s Harmony Liquid Gold

1 cup organic almond milk

Glass Garnish

Strawberry Chia Jam (will yield extra for additional smoothies):

2 cups frozen strawberries

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp monkfruit

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tbsp unsweetened coconut yogurt

Directions:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook the strawberries for 5–10 minutes, lightly mashing as they soften. Stir in chia seeds, monk fruit, and lemon juice. Continue cooking on low until thickened and gel-like. Remove from heat and let cool.

Coat the glass’s interior and mouth with the strawberry chia jam and coconut yogurt. 

Blend all smoothie ingredients together, and pour in the decorated glass to serve!
